Job Description Summary

世界のインフラを支える大型火力発電用ガスタービンエンジン部品の修理工場でManufacturing Engineerとして、海外の修理エンジニアリングチームと協力連携しながら、より安全で高品質の修理を競争力のあるコストで実現できるよう技術的サポートを担当します。

As a repair engineer at OEM repair shop, will provide technical support for safer, higher quality repairs at a more competitive cost, working in partnership with teams in the shop and overseas.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • 発電用ガスタービンの補修を行うための技術図書(修理手順書、補修方法指示書等)の作成
  • 技術アドバイス及び技術評価
  • グローバルをサポートする修理エンジニアへの窓口となり、機械加工、溶接、溶射などの最先端の修理技術及び手法の認証を得るための技術提案及び試験実施
  • コスト目標と納期を見据えた補修業務の進捗管理
  • LEAN生産方式の観点からの、修理工程の継続的な改善活動の推進
  • 海外のグループ工場との情報や継続的な改善活動の結果の共有
  • 一個人として、グローバルの様々な組織の同僚たちと連携し、楽しく、効率よく、失敗を恐れずチャレンジして学び、結果を出すこと

  • Preparation of technical document (Repair procedures, repair method instructions, etc.) for repairing gas turbine for power generation manufactured
  • Technical advice and technical evaluation
  • Technical proposals and tests to become the contact point for repair engineers who support the global market and to obtain certification for cutting-edge repair technologies and methods such as machining, welding, and thermal spraying
  • Progress management of repair work with an eye to cost targets and deadlines
  • Leading continuous improvement activities in the repair process from the perspective of the LEAN production method
  • Share information with overseas factories and the results of continuous improvement activities
  • As an individual, we collaborate with colleagues from various global organizations to learn by challenging ourselves with fun, efficiency, and without fear of failure, and to achieve results

Required Qualifications

  • 工学系(機械・材料系)の学士課程以上修了又は修了予定
  • 英語:中級 (読み書き及びコミュニケーションが可能な方・TOEIC700点以上目安)
  • 日本語能力レベルN2-N1または同等程度
  • 既卒の場合は 2~3年以上の製造・修理技術についての経験がある方
  • ガスタービン関連の知識や製造知識(溶接、溶射、熱処理、非破壊検査等)、改善業務経験があればなお良し


  • Bachelor Degree of Engineering (or expecting)
  • Ability to communicate/read/write in English (TOEIC 700pts or above)
  • Japanese language proficiency level N2-N1 or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in engineering 
  • Strong knowledge of gas turbine component, repair process (Welding, Spraying, Heat Treat, NDT etc..), Kaizen experience is preferred.
