Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Follow up all maintenance activities
- Follow up planned and periodical legal controls, checking periodical maintenance activities
- Receiving and leading archiving of the periodical maintenance and service reports that are submitted by maintenance company
- Analyzing the service reports and having the necessary actions taken as defined to be completed at the reports
- Checking of management of facilities and continuation of facilities updated layouts
- Supporting investments by means of mechanical engineering and sufficiency of facilities
- Control and inspection of outsource maintenance contractor
- Planning the shutdown maintenance activities in coordination and following the facilities condition and consumptions in coordination with the outsource maintenance company
- Preparing, training, and following the application of 1st level operator maintenance as instructed by APS
- Reporting the time intervals and deadlines of legal controls to management
- Supporting investments works
- Updating the layouts of facilities, hot water, compressed air, hot oil, heating lines, utility water, oxygen acetylene lines etc.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Minimum 1 years of experience in maintenance or facility management area
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Preferably AutoCAD and SolidWorks programs' knowledge
- Good command of MS office programs
- Ability to live in Istanbul or Kocaeli
