Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to define the customer requirements and regulation of system.
  • Responsible to provide work packages to the COEs for the project including the client requirements, the interfaces, the planning, the quality and the cost as per scope as sold.
  • He/She will manage all technical interfaces (internal and external) with other products/systems.
  • Coordinate and control the interfaces among internal, customer, partners as defined in the interface matrix (DOW) referred to generator.
  • Accountable for the risks and opportunities.
  • Manage and harmonize the technical documentation .
  • Support the PEM regarding technical discussions in front of customer.

  • Define the alternative and the possible optimization at design stage that can impact the design, the supplies or site activities .
  • Deliver specifications, interface data to partners, (system, civil engineers,)
  • Is responsible of the coordination of the Drawings and Documents validation on project specific aspects.
  • Receive and coordinate all technical input and feedback to the other parties in the process (design, site, and customer) from start of Basic Design until Final acceptance of Product and including the As Built information. Acts as the internal / external interface.
  • Accept or reject the change in case of deviations from customers requirement and manages changes and issue change orders for generator's scope.
  • Participate to the project review meeting.
  • Coordinate support for site activities with COEs regarding generator and own auxiliares.
  • Manage Feedback of Experience of projects

Required Qualification:

  • Advanced degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • More than 10 years of experience in generator large new / refurbishment project execution
  • Preferable knowledge in unit auxiliares / BOPe
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Pro-activeness, sense of urgency, autonomy; ability to interact with functions
  • Strong analytical & critical thinking skills; strong communicator ... ability to translate insights into clear strategic recommendations; experience in customer relationship management
  • Ability to work in team around labor standards
  • Manage a multitasking activity in multicultural environment
  • Ability to define his/her priorities
  • Rigorous analysis and action
