Roles and Responsibilities
- Define system requirements based on customer specifications and project objectives.
- Conduct system-level simulations and analyses to optimize performance and ensure compliance with industry standards. Also, perform system-level testing and validation to verify functionality and performance.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate subsystems and components into the overall system design.
- Ensure, with the support of the Head of Engineering department, the earliest mobilization of adequate engineering skills and resources in line with engineering activities requirements (workload and complexity) and associated budgets.
- Issue/prepare change orders from an engineering point of view with the Project Manager for further release to the Customer.
- Ensure proper distribution of engineering documents, internally and externally.
- Participate in CMR (Change Management Review), Project reviews.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers and stakeholders to understand system requirements and ensure accurate representation of load profiles.
- Utilize ETAP software to perform comprehensive electrical system simulations, including load flow, short circuit, and transient stability analyses.
- Develop and validate ETAP models to accurately represent electrical components, loads, and network configurations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on power quality improvement measures, including harmonic mitigation solutions, active filtering systems, and harmonic resonance damping.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 5 years of experience in Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology & Systems Engineering.
