What impact you'll make?
You will be accountable to lead ERP process excellence and development activities for Gas Power Sourcing by developing and optimizing processes that enable regional Sourcing Operations and Commodity teams to efficiently and effectively focus on simplification and business growth. Area of focus includes blueprinting, design, process re-engineering, implementation, and hyper-care activities to support Gas Power business.

Job Description
What you'll do
- Execute global transformation of Gas Power Sourcing processes to increase team productivity and business performance of profit and cash.
- Execute global ERP process standardization and harmonization activities for Gas Power Sourcing, including satellite system integration initiatives.
- Actively communicates to all impacted parties on project execution and risk mitigation status.
- Owns, drives and maintains KPI's.
- Proactively leads issue resolution process with IT support teams; proposes and initiates improvements; supports development activities and works closely together with process owners, development leaders and end users.
- Drive productivity, quality improvement, and cost savings through all phases of project execution.
- Coordinates lean project execution.
- Execute ERP/satellite system rollout, change and integration activities for Gas Power Sourcing: submits design requirements; leads master/transactional data and controls (DoA) availability; delivers supplier communication, testing execution and trainings.
- Assure proper documentation of transactional and master data generated through the project life cycle and/or tasks consistent with policies and procedures.
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or collage in technical or business-related fields.
- Significant experience in relevant Supply Chain field/Initiatives/Project Management.
- Demonstrated ERP knowledge in Supply Chain-related modules with additional hands-on experience.
- Fluent English knowledge is essential
- Demonstrated management and project leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change.
- Demonstrated ability to apply Lean principles (Standard Work, Daily Management, Problem Solving, Bowlers, etc.).
- Strong negotiation, prioritization, problem solving and conflict management skills.
