Job Description Summary

To Plan, organize, direct and supervise the project activities of the Unit, within the Business/Sector Industry Policies demands with the objective to reach the Unit's targets in terms of sales, operating income, completion time, quality of projects and Customer satisfaction.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and control the project activities to maximize the Quality/Cost/Deliveries achievements and thus satisfy the Customer.
• Implement, supervise & follow-up the milestones of the project to secure Customer satisfaction
• Maintain and improve processes to maximize project execution
• Collaborate with other teams to prepare the docs (technical, execution, planning, etc) request by the project

• update the tools for the management of site activity, management of the supervisor and others for the project results
• Plane, supervise and control the site activity, with internal and external resource and collaborate with other team to be comply with EHS and local law requirement
• Create, develop and maintain business relations and effective communication with customers, internal colleagues or contractors
• Define and supervise project reporting to drive risks before the fire starts and take necessary mitigation into life

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Operational Know How (incl. Functional Know How)
  • Technical know how on HV DSC & CBR products to do technical analysis
  • Deep knowleage Italian Law legislation for site activities ( Decreto 81 and Codice Appalti)
  • Operational effectiveness/Accountability
  • Collaboration/Teamwork
  • Communication with Transparency & Humility & delivery focus results

Desired Characteristics:
• Engineering degree or any high school diploma with equivalent work experience
• Knowledge/reading of technical docs ( electrical - mechanical)
• knowledge of HV products
• knowledge/experience on site activity

Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English written and spoken

• Available to travel ( worldwide)
