Roles and Responsibilities
- OTR Finance for GA coverage Qatar, Kuwait, and Oman Units.
- Will work closely with sub-regional operational leadership, project manager and operational teams to manage and consolidate projects finance portfolio.
- Focusing on the further improvement of operational finance aspects which includes but not limited to PMR's, LDQs, Sales, Billing & Cash pacing's, Retention, bonds, FX, order/backlog reporting & monthly / quarterly reviews in partnership with Operating teams & Leadership.
- In addition, will be a key interface to controllership team to ensure the internal controls implementation, reliable project financials (Projects B/S cleaning & purity including cleansing of aged balances) and support in all Statutory & internal project audits.
- Similarly, will be an important connect to FP&A team to ensure smooth reporting and reconciliation between different SAP platform PS, FI & SD to have smooth closing every month.
- Lastly, will continue to guide & coach young members of finance team on finance tools, concepts & FIs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or relevant educational background
- Consulting / Mentoring young members of finance team on finance tools, concepts & FIs.
- Experience in accounting principles, construction contract accounting and revenue recognition.
- Proficiency in English both written and spoken. Having Arabic proficiency is added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, well versed in excel and power point.
- Prior knowledge of SAP as key user will be a plus point, however knowledge on process is more important.
- Previous experience of coordinating external/ internal audit is must.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
