Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
• Strong management of the quality management system (QMS) and ISO standards compliance
• Development, implementation, and control of quality-related documents, procedures, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ISO audit teams and customers regarding quality matters
• Conduct regular floor audits to ensure adherence to QMS and ISO requirements

• Manage customer feedback and coordinate timely responses from the QA team
• Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues
• Provide training and guidance to the QA team to enhance their skills and capabilities
• Maintain accurate quality records and generate reports for management review.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role in production quality assurance
• Thorough understanding of QMS, ISO standards, and quality management best practices
• Proficient in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and quality control tools
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
