• Develop and execute quality control plans, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Lead the application and maintenance of the QMS system in accordance with GE Vernova and industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues, ensuring product and process compliance.
• Train and mentor team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Demonstrate a Quality mindset as a personal and business priority to foster a quality culture at all levels of the business.
• Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS, recommending improvements as needed.
• Develop and deliver training programs to promote quality awareness and best practices within the organization.
• Analyze quality metrics and data to identify trends and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address customer complaints and non-conformances.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes within manufacturing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. OR
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership with a focus on Quality Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
• Proven experience in leading quality improvement projects and initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA, Six Sigma) is preferred.
• The salary range for this position is $81,700.00 - $136,700.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this role has variable compensation incentive of 10% .
