Job Description Summary
As a Lead Lean Specialist, your main responsibilities will be to spearhead and facilitate lean initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, minimizing waste, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will leverage lean methodologies to drive continuous improvement across the facility.
In this role, you will coach and lead problem-solving activities and continuous improvement workshops, targeting enhancements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will collaborate closely with various departments within the value stream to achieve these objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation of lean strategies across the organization and take necessary steps to drive process improvement and increase efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, reduce waste, and achieve cost savings, while providing leadership throughout the process
- Implement initiatives in alignment with the lean roadmap and take actions
- Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and enhance product quality
- Provide training and coaching on lean thinking and methodologies at all levels to establish a culture of continuous improvement
- Use data-driven approaches and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the effectiveness of lean initiatives and ensure sustainable results

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related fields, preferably Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 4 years' experience in lean management area, preferably in the electromechanical sector
- Strong manufacturing knowledge with deep understanding of shopfloor management
- Having lean training certifications, especially Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies would be a plus
- Strong oral and written English language skills
- Comfortable in hybrid working conditions
- Ability to live in Istanbul or Kocaeli
- SAP program knowledge is a plus
