You will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Gas Power, with primary focus on Compensation and Benefit P&L
accounts.
Job Description
What you'll do
- Responsible for managing the compensation and benefit P&L account planning for several Gas Power businesses across all the planning cycles, as well as, partner with, coach and support customer for all business reviews.
- Has ability to communicate and prepare variance analysis in a timely manner
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Will lead automation and simplification projects to build lean standard work
- Role will function with autonomy in a team environment
- Critical thinker with the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems.
- Has ability to prioritize information for data analysis. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking.
- Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to investigate and arrive at decisions.

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in closing, analysing, and forecasting in a multiple legal entity environment
- Experience with core financial systems and processes (GL, transaction registers, journal entries)
- Strong oral and written communication skills; will interact cross functionally across all levels of the organization
- Fluent English AND Hungarian knowledge
- Ability to prioritize and meet quarterly and monthly timelines
- Attention to detail and accuracy; able to link results to drivers and find areas of opportunity for improvement
- Critical thinker with flexibility to adapt to new information
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems independently with support and direction of the team
