The Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst reports directly to NAM GSI Finance leader. He / she has the oversight of the NAM financial statements of GSI with focus on income statement, cash flow, and be able to directly partner with NAM Operations and financial team.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Own NAM GSI income statement and cash flow reporting and analysis during monthly & quarterly closing.
- Manage the consolidation of income statement and cash flow information submitted by sub-PLs and provide insightful analysis to business line leaders
- Support business line operating mechanism on income statement and cash performance metrics, including backlog & sales execution, cost review and headcount planning, billing, collections, and past due reporting
- Provide visibility to business income statement and cash performance through weekly / monthly communications of key business KPIs critical to achieving financial objectives
- Provide cost visibility across FPC, S&M, G&A and R&D to various operation owners within NAM GSI organization
- Lead cost out and recovery actions across the organization, and provide insights on potential saving area to NAM Finance and Operation leaders
- Provide financial leadership in planning cycles, directing and integrating income statement and cash flow aspects of the forecast during annual budget process, quarterly forecast and long term strategy ( LTS)
- Coordinate with GSI global income statement and cash leaders on submission and addressing follow up questions & analysis on business line income and cash flow statement performance
- Drive simplification initiatives with transformation and IT team to improve the efficiency and accuracy of income statement and cash flow reporting within the business line

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline from an accredited university or college
- Work experience in multinational environment
- Good communication skills
- English professional essential
- Good level of excel
- Knowledge of SAP and HFM is a vantage
- Previous FP&A experience is highly recommended
