What impact you'll make?
You will be responsible for enabling business strategy and performance by applying technology solutions to finance processes and priorities, designing and understanding system linkages and data structures for the purpose of automation and decision making. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

• Responsible for gathering functional requirements and ensuring adoption in ERP and other primary system implementations.
• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. Basic knowledge of related job disciplines.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
• Jobs at this level function with some autonomy but are subject to functional practices and precedents or are covered by well-defined policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).
• Uses some judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems. Has ability to prioritize information for data analysis. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance or other related field
• Significant work experience with any kind of BI reporting tool, experience in creating custom reports
• Proficiency in MS Excel and in database utilities
• At least a stable basic experience with Oracle SQL
• Experience with Alteryx or with any other similar ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tool eg. Tableau Prep, Knime etc.
• Tableau data visualization experience
• Fluent level of both spoken and written English
• Strong interpersonal and technology skills with a team player attitude
• Detail oriented with superior organizational skills
• A quick learner with an open mindset to learn new things and new technologies

• Degree in accounting/business with experience in IT databases, reporting
• Several years of work experience in supporting an Oracle ERP system (E-business suite) R12 version, especially in AR, AP, OM, Inventory & PA modules
• Proficent usage level of any of the above mentioned programs
• Experience in US GAAP accounting with basic accounting skills
• Experience in any programming language is a plus

• This is a hybrid role with three days remote and two days in the office.
