Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Engineers to develop and implement project specific designs.
- Serve as a key contributor to develop a scope of work and plan schedule and monitor engineering activities for customer projects.
- Provide technical support and interface with Proposal Management, Cost Estimating, Partners, Customers, GE Product Engineering, Sourcing, Engineering sub-contractors.
- Provide technical clarification of designs with suppliers, manufacturing, and services teams.
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- Collaborates with others to solve issues, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience related to bills of materials, manufacturing, electrical engineering, and product design.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be able to work 100% onsite in Houston, TX.

- Related electrical engineering experience through COOP or University classwork.
The base pay range for this position is $78,800.00 - 118,100.00 USD annual.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 5% performance bonus.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
