Support the processes regarding the engineering related part attributes and their changes in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and ERPs of the Gas Power Parts organization.
Job Description
What you'll do
- Maintain the Item Master database in Oracle ERP from engineering perspective
- Set up the main attributes of the part numbers in Oracle ERP through the templating process which defines the product in ERP
- Support the Change Implementation process by applying the output from PLM to Oracle ERP
- Support the functions utilizing Oracle ERP (Material Management, Sourcing, Finance, other Engineering teams, IT, process excellence team, etc.) in ad hoc requests and projects related to the Item Master
- Support the testing of new Oracle ERP revisions from Item Master point of view
- Proactively enhance the overall data quality of the Item Master database in Oracle ERP

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Technical University or Collage Degree / Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Must be able to read drawings and have familiarity with Bill of Material structures
- Must be proficient in Writing/Speaking/Reading in English
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
- Pro-active approach to problem solving
- Detail-oriented and organized team player with strong sense of ownership
- Ability to quickly and effectively learn business operating systems

- Strong computer and systems skills including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Enovia PLM, Oracle & SAP ERPs
