Primary Responsibilities:
• 负责正常物料来料检验工作
Responsible for incoming inspection of normal materials；
• 负责新产品样品检验，并出具相应全尺寸报告；
Responsible for the sample inspection of new products, and issue the corresponding full-size report
• 配合生产、技术等部门测量零件尺寸，确保生产顺利进行，提升产品质量；
Measure parts dimensions with production and technical departments，ensure the smooth progress of production and improve the product quality.
• 准备作业指导书给IQC，及时更新
Preparing the inspection work instruction for IQC, updates if need
• 管理不良品区的NC不良，查看供应商的纠正报告，跟踪改善直到满足我们的接受标准
Charging MRB for MNCs, reviewing supplier's CAR and follow up till achieving acceptable effectiveness

• 过程审核追踪发现不符合项目的改进和关闭在供应商端
Process audit and flow up the CAR to close on supplier site.
• 完成领导安排的其他任务
Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership
Qualifications Required:
• 本科及以上学历，工科机械或者电子专业,能讲英语者优先(至少读写没问题)
Engineering bachelor (mechanical, electricity), if speak English is prefer(At least read and write it).
• 至少三年工厂制造或者质量管理经验
At least 3 years experience in Mechanical manufacturing or quality management
• 熟练使用办公软件
Proficient in using office software；
• 熟练使用测量测试仪器（卡尺、千分尺、高度规等）
Proficient in using measuring and test instruments (caliper, millimeter, height gauge)；
• 熟悉操作CMM、Optive操作，设备使用经验者优先；
Familiar with the operation of CMM, Optive operation, equipment use experience is preferred；
• 良好的团队合作、善于交流，一定的抗压能力，独立思考能力.
Good team cooperation, good at communication, certain pressure resistance ability, independent ；thinking ability.
