Job Description Summary

Information Technology Manager - Demand Planning (Oracle), a key role within the DT Supply Chain team, will be responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining Demand Management and Forecasting digital solutions in support of the value chain. This role will also serve as liaison between the Aero Alliance JV (AAJV) Demand Planning/Forecasting team and DT, as well as, providing project management leadership, production support and implementation of business process improvements through process definition, configuration changes and enhancements of the company's core planning system: Oracle Demantra. Ideally the candidate has Oracle Demantra, Oracle EBS SCM or Oracle Supply Chain Planning (SCP) Cloud experience and works closely with cross functional team members to understand and shape the overall business system landscape.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Demand Planning and Forecasting applications (i.e., Oracle Demantra, Oracle SCP Could Demand Management, etc.) lifecycle, including vendor relationship.
  • Manage relationships with internal Supply Chain partners to align vision, strategy, and tactical plans for improved performance.
  • Identify process standardization and improvement opportunities and lead efforts to drive measurable value.
  • Manages DT programs / projects / agile initiatives, including cross-functional staff or external consultants. Collaborates with business functions to drive end-to-end system implementation or improvements initiatives (design, test, deploy & sustain).
  • Work with AAJV leadership and business SMEs to identify data & analytics gaps; collaborate in the design, functional specification, test, and rollout of reports and dashboards.
  • Identify key performance indicators, set milestones, and establish a reporting cadence to track progress and measure Supply Chain performance.
  • Ensure that application development is aligned with company standards and meet compliance and regulatory requirements. Responsible and accountable for sustaining DT applications.
  • Work collaboratively with peer colleagues to deliver and sustain digital solutions. Adhere, follow, and improve DT systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Develop high-performing teams through functional and technical leadership skills. Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities, to direct/indirect reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or Information Systems related fields (Master's in science or business, preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Significant experience Digital Technology experience supporting Supply Chain applications (business experience is a plus)
  • Proven experience in the implementation and support experience of Oracle Demantra or Oracle SCP Cloud: Demand Management or S&OP modules
  • Proven experience in Digital Technology Business Analyst
  • Oracle EBS/ERP (Supply Chain Management) or ASCP is a plus.
  • Responsibilities may include Project management, ERP processes analysis, system configuration.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English and Italian.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Ample experience with Demand Planning and Forecasting processes and tools along with other business processes such as finance, sales, etc.
  • Expertise in Process Design and Architecture in Supply Chain planning solutions
  • APICS or Six Sigma certification
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills
  • Understanding of DT Change Management practices and product Life Cycle Management
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Visio flowcharting and MS Access a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Technical Skills:

  • PL/SQL and SQL development (desired)
  • Knowledge of Web Service Integration architecture
  • Knowledge/experience of Oracle ERP Integration capabilities
  • Knowledge of the Security architecture (responsibilities, privileges, hierarchy, etc.)
