Leads operationalization of the HDNU Lean & Business Operations Strategy, through prioritization and execution of Lean Initiatives and a One-Team approach that leads to business systemic transformation and evolution. Works closely with a highly cross functional team to identify inefficiencies and foster a continuous improvement culture.
Responsible for cross-functional engagement and collaboration to establish a roadmap for continuous improvement with measurable S-Q-D-C+ results in line with the Business objectives, resulting in best-in-class operational performance with the GE Vernova Way as the foundation.

Shape and operationalize the continuous improvement vision for specific areas across the HDNU organization in accordance to the business Operations & Lean strategy.
Translate the vision into goals, objectives and strategies resulting in cross-functional transformation
Partner as One Team across the business to align, prioritize and focus on critical efforts
Deliver consistent, measurable, and sustainable year-over-year results through Lean Roadmaps.
Build and Drive best-in-class Operational, Process and Lean Capabilities for the business
Partner with Operating teams to support and lead implementation of an operating rhythm that enables transformation, with focus on Hoshin, MOR, Daily Management and Standard Work.
Leverage Lean Methodology to drive Continuous Improvement on priority areas with a "One Team" mindset . Support cross-functional teams in building problem solving capabilities and leading kaizen events to eliminate waste, drive simplification and ensure all operations perform in a consistent and best-in-class manner
Serve as an Operations, Continuous Improvement & Lean Ambassador for the business
Through coaching, communication and best practice sharing actions to accelerate cross-functional results, deployment of standards and promotion of our GE Vernova continuous improvement culture, ensuring sustainment of the lean principles across the organization
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge / 8+ years of experience in ITO or OTR operations with proven track record of results using Lean methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills, experience of managing cross-functional projects and proven track record of results using Lean methodologies
Desired Characteristics
Demonstrated influencing and problem-solving abilities; high Say-Do ratio through the application of Lean techniques
Lean practitioner, capable and experienced on facilitating kaizen events and coaching the core tools such as Daily Management, structured Problem Solving, Value Stream and Process Mapping, Standard Work, Transactional Process Improvement.
Experience driving enterprise-wide transformation. The ideal candidate has been through complex change and tough situations; bringing a will to win with strong followership.
Experience working in matrixed organization in a global environment
Highly collaborative and transparent person, with effective interpersonal and communication skills. Embraces and promote a One Team mindset
Practical and organized person with a strong sense of urgency.
The base pay range for this position is $157,900.00 - 210,500.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.

The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
