Job Description
- Perform & Learn the daily manufacturing operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency of the manufacturing parameters with regards to SQPCDM. Undertake independent projects to develop thorough understanding of manufacturing operations, generally supported by mentor or work guide. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision / prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the blade manufacturing process from designing up to deliver.
- To undertake learning & improvement project for strengthening the learnings in Supply Chain, Material Sourcing, Manpower Management, Productivity Improvement, Lean Project Implementation, Quality Improvement and Cost - Cash & Profitability Optimization.
- Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline like SQPCDM. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
- Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- Contributes to the activities of the teams across assignments.
- Partners with teams from within the business unit to specify needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes.
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Contributes to a wide variety of projects and assignments to grow leadership skills, business acumen, and technical skills. Provide project report and presentation to work guide and leadership team at regular interval.
- Works within a team setting and / or under guidance from Assignment Manager.
Required Qualifications
- - Bachelor of Engineering from accredited university or collage.

- Strong oral and written communication skills. Communication with direct colleagues. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills.
