Tamheer program is an on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates. Tamheer aims at training Saudi graduate holders at international organizations and outstanding companies in order for them to gain experience and skills to prepare them for full time employment. Program duration is 6 months long period of training. We are intended for graduates who have bachelor's degree, and that have not been employed during the last six months.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

During the program GE will provide assignments, projects & tasks where he/she can develop his/her navigation Capabilities, communication skills and introduce him / her to the work environment.

The program will develop the general skills of the hired with on-the-job knowledge and experience. You will work on:

  • Support the GRO team in collecting country-specific information on visa matters, labor regulations, and in notifying stakeholders of potential business impacts.
  • Manage the documentation of GE Legal entities, obtain and maintain up-to-date information on updated regulations, and monitor various documents related to GE Legal entities (trade licenses, commercial registrations, etc.).
  • Ensure that all Gensuite processes related to GEMTEC Gov. are managed and uploaded into the system on a regular basis.
  • Handling and updating all GEMTEC Inclusion and Diversity activities.
  • Handling GEMTEC newsletter in quarterly bases.
  • Providing support to the team in its efforts to comply with the regulatory requirements for MODON's operation licenses, including the preparation of materials for meetings and workshops as well as other documents as required.
  • Follow up with all ministries to obtain the new regulations and share them with the GRO team so that the team is updated with the new policies and regulations applicable to the company and its employees.
  • General Admin support for SCM and GRO.

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.


  • 0 -1 year experience with GOSI and MCS records indicate that the applicante has not registered for any job.
  • Should not be currently employed.
  • Should not have previously participated in Tamheer
  • Good usage of Microsoft software.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
