As part of the Global Repair Productivity Team, the Repair Rotor Productivity and Capacity Leader will integrate with GP Product Line, Global Service Centers and AMRT to develop and execute global strategy to enhance rotor repair capabilities, capacity, and competitiveness.

Job Description

Global Rotor Repair Productivity & Competitiveness

  • Lead the Rotor Repairs Global Productivity Team to maximize rotor repair Safety, Quality, Delivery, Capacity, & Cost
  • Serve as focal for rotor repair cost, capability, capacity and productivity efforts.
  • Establish & communicate Rotor Repair capacity, cost & cycle targets. Ensure CPQ Rotor Repair scope, cost, and cycle data is properly maintained and up to date.
  • Engage engineering & repair centers globally to identify and prioritize engineering, shop ops, and lean projects to achieve capacity, cost & cycle targets
  • Partner with commercial and services teams to improve win-rate and margin
  • Prioritize Rotor repair capabilities across global network, including qualifications, equipment, and capacity, to align with market demand and provide the most effective customer responsiveness
  • Integrate with Product Line, Regions, and Supply Chain Development teams to align NPI industrialization strategy & shop readiness
  • Develop roadmap for Strategic P&E investments to ensure right repair technology is at the right repair centers

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or Associate's degree with at least 2 years of experience manufacturing)
  • Additional 5 years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility in engineering, manufacturing leadership role, services operations, and/or NPI program management (New Product Introduction)

Eligibility Requirement

  • Ability to accommodate 5% global travel
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future
  • This is 100% onsite in Richmond, VA.

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $111,200.00 - $185,400.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 15% bonus. This posting is expected to remain open until at least October 30, 2024.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
