As a leader of the Industrialization Project Management team, you will be an active contributor to driving the successful execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Life Cycle Support (LCS) projects across Grid Automation Manufacturing units. You will play a key role in improving on-time project closure and optimizing lead times for project delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with R&D, Product Managers and Program managers to agree on the NPI/LCS pipeline
  • Participate in Master Planning meetings with Program managers
  • Lead the Industrialization Project management teams in all GA GSC units, ensuring Safe and Compliant work standards and practices
  • Allocate projects to the team
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, CAPEX requirements and governance frameworks to ensure effective project tracking and management
  • Monitor progress of all projects with Project engineers and escalate any issues
  • Collaborate with Test Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, Procurement, Master Data and Manufacturing teams on planning and implementation of NPI and LCS projects
  • Monitor Ontime Delivery and Lead Time of Industrialization Projects
  • Manage Business Critical Industrialization Projects such as dual sourcing, global footprint optimization, and major cost-out projects

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in leading NPI (New Product Introduction) industrialization projects
  • Significant understanding of sourcing, manufacturing processes, master data management, and overall supply chain activities
  • In-depth knowledge of R&D processes and how they contribute to industrialization, encompassing both hardware and software components
  • Proficient in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology for managing complex projects
  • Excellent expertise in Lean methodologies and tools (e.g., Flow, 5S, Daily Management, Waste Hunting) combined with problem-solving techniques like PSR (Problem Solving Reports) and Six Sigma Green Belt to optimize processes.
  • Proven leadership with excellent people management, communication skills, and a positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement. Committed to driving innovation, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration while aligning with business requirements.
