Lead Region Business Analyst Teams training and mentoring, applying best practices and methodology for financial analysis.
Support Regional Service/Project Director & Finance Managers to analyze financial and operation data, including data for op reviews, pacing and financial reconciliations.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Be a conduit between region and local finance team, understanding region specific characteristics and costs.
- Own and maintain the Reserve Pacing initiative.
- Coordinate all region reports to fulfill weekly reviews and drive KPI's ( SOX, Backlog, CM, CM Variance, Cash, MOR etc)
- Review and record CM Variation Across P&L
- Lead BA team in assisting with driving resolutions for ECA and WIP
- Implement, and oversee continuous improvement initiatives for the global operations organization. This includes but is not limited to A3/Lean/Six Sigma workout leadership and support, individual improvement initiatives.
- SAP expert for supporting regions.
- Ensure cost and revenues are correctly reported from SAP and non-SAP sites to Ledger
- Define, implement and communicate Variable Cost Productivity opportunities across the Global Projects business
- Typically a 1st line manager of professionals or a 2nd line manager of a professional department. Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
- Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least of 5 years' experience in operations finance and data analytics.
Desired Characteristics
- Ability to manage, lead and mentor a remote team.
- Experience in SAP operations, finance and project management.
- Expert in data analysis and presentation.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs driving overall business efficiency and quality.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
Pay Transparency
The base pay range for this position is $114,100-$160,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
