The Generator Project Leader (GPL) will be responsible for providing technical and operational leadership to the generator repair product line at the Atlanta Service Center. The GPL will provide technical support of GE generator parts, repairs, services, and upgrades. This role requires knowledge and experience of GE, Alstom, and oOEM generators.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing repair instructions and providing procedures to ensure safe, quality, cost efficient repairs for generators.
• Develop, support and partner with operations and sales team to deliver generator repair and parts quotes.
• Provide technical support to the production team for generator parts and repairs.
• Create work scope identification for repair center execution in line with as sold repair scope.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), or a high school diploma / GED, with at least 6+ years of experince in generator repairs.

• Proven Knowledge of MS Office programs (Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote)
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Prior manufacturing or design experience preferred, with exposure to engineering or shop drawings, knowledge of pricing structures.
• Knowledge of SAP software preferred.
• Project management experience or knowledge.
