Job Description
What you'll do:
- AI development within our systems for data comprehend and visualization
- Assist in identifying and correcting discrepancies in data
- Collaborate with the team to support the implementation of lean methodologies
- Assist in the development and maintenance of lean roadmaps to streamline processes.
- Convert existing documentation to new formats as required, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Support the creation and organization of digital documentation libraries
- Provide assistance in various projects and initiatives as needed
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
Internship Term Dates: May 19th, 2025 - August 2025
Expected Work Schedule: Day/1st -Shift (40 - hours weekly)
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications):
- Minimum 3.0 GPA (without rounding)
- Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Engineering, Data Science, Renewable Energy, or technical field of study
- Enrolled in a full-time accredited baccalaureate program
What will make you stand out (Desired Qualifications):
- Must be highly self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with lean methodologies and data management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience or passion for AI development
- Willingness and ability to learn from other
- Willingness to makes and learn from mistakes
- Excellent organization, written communication, and oral communication skills
- Desired to work in a fast pace and agile environment
- Enthusiastic and driven individuals ready to take on challenges and contribute to a more sustainable future

The pay for this position ranges from $21.00/hr - $34.00/hr based on years of undergraduate/graduate field of study completed.
This position is also eligible for:
• Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
• Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern's permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
• Employee Assistance Program, providing 24/7 confidential assessment, counseling and referral services
• GE Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) after their accumulated service reaches 90 days, and they meet any other eligibility requirements as defined in the plans. (Eligibility occurs on the 1st of the month following the 90th day.)
