What Impact You'll Make:
As a member of the Controls Lifecycle Program Management team, you will be an active contributor to the business by:
Experiencing challenging assignments, collaborating across functions such as Engineering, Commercial & Sales, and Supply Chain.
Receiving training, mentorship, and coaching from Program and Product Managers, while learning the strategic planning rhythms associated with a world-class industrial technology business.

Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Work on an assignment / project with program and product management to stretch your learning and skillset.
- Identify, own, and develop a solution to directly address a critical business challenge through improved visual management.
- Help develop standard work and processes across different functions to drive efficiency across the business.
- Report on progress and status to senior leaders in Gas Power and the Controls business.
- Use your academic knowledge to complete assigned project(s), deliver positive outcomes, and contribute to the success of our team.

May/June - August 2025
Expected Work Schedule:
Day/1st -Shift (40 - hours weekly)
What You'll Bring (Basic Qualifications):
- Minimum 3.0 GPA (without rounding)
- Working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical field of study such as Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
- Enrolled in a full time matriculated and nationally accredited baccalaureate or graduate program.
What Will Make You Stand Out:
- Must be highly self-motivated and be able to work under minimal supervision.
- Working towards a degree in a field related to Controls, Networking, Cyber, or Power Generation.
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or other project planning tools.
- An analytical approach to problem solving with a high degree of creativity.
- Willingness and ability to learn from others while also injecting your curiosity and expertise.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both oral and written.)
- Demonstrated leadership and team player with desire to work in fast-paced, agile environment.
- Prior internship experience in project or program planning roles.
- Knowledge of Lean principles.

The pay for this position ranges from $22.50/hr - $34.00/hr based on years of undergrate/graduate field of study completed
This position is also eligible for:
- Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
- Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern's permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
- Employee Assistance Program, providing 24/7 confidential assessment, counseling and referral services
- GE Retirement Savings Plan (RSP) after their accumulated service reaches 90 days, and they meet any other eligibility requirements as defined in the plans. (Eligibility occurs on the 1st of the month following the 90th day.)
