This intern role will partner with Controls Lifecare Product Line Leader and Commercial teams to accelerate Lifecare Services growth within our customer installed base The intern will collect operational data (availability, reliability, trips, etc) from various systems and segment customers based on controls issues that affects power plant availability and reliability. The intern will develop methods to analyze the installed base data into segments based on customers characteristics like operating profiles, installed control system, operating and maintenance profiles, etc. Once customers are categorized and strategically segmented into groups, the intern will work with the Product Manager to estimate segment value, develop specific product packages, create appropriate sales collateral, and train sales team on top segments. This role requires strong project management skills, effective collaboration, data analytic capability, and an interest in sales enablement.

What you will bring (Basic Qualifications):
- Minimum 3.0 GPA (without rounding)
- Working towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in an Engineering Field, Marketing, or Data Science
- Enrolled in a full time matriculated and nationally accredited baccalaureate or graduate program

- Must be highly self-motivated and be able to work under minimal supervision
- Working towards a degree in a field related to Controls, Networking, Cyber, or Power Generation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite, Tableau/ Power bi.
- An analytical approach to problem solving with a high degree of creativity
- Willingness and ability to learn from others while also injecting your curiosity and expertise
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both oral and written)
- Demonstrated leadership and team player with desire to work in fast-paced, agile environment
Eligibility Requirements:
- Completed at least two full years of college
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to develop and maintain good customer relationships
- Must have a reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be willing to work in a geographical area specified by the business
- Must have the ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship

The pay for this position ranges from $21.00/hr - $34.00/hr based on years of undergrate/graduate field of study completed
This position is also eligible for:
- Relocation Assistance: Co-op/Interns will be reimbursed for reasonable, proper, and documented expenditures incurred while initially reporting to work and returning to school/home upon completion of the assignment. Employees with a permanent address greater than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible.
- Housing Allowance: Co-op/Interns employees receive a weekly housing allowance to help off-set living expenses when the co-op/Intern's permanent residence is at least 50 miles away from the work location.
