Job Description Summary
The Repair Engineer in Fuel Nozzles will have the responsibility of owning the repair processes and procedures on customer owned hardware. In this role, the repair engineer would establish internal processes that safely ensure the production of high-quality products that meet compliance and project requirements for heavy duty gas turbines. Drive continuous improvement across lean lines by owning projects timelines, improving cost, evolve technical processes that mitigate production issues. Lead and effectively interface with manufacturing and other support teams to complete projects to meet EHS, production, quality, and cost saving goals within schedule and budget.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Define/Develop stand procedures for Fuel Nozzle repair procedures
- Cross functional interface with engineering, customers, quality and other manufacturing cells including but not limited to Fuel Nozzle cell.
- Provide leadership and project ownership of Fuel Nozzle repair development
- Lead improvement efforts for equipment reliability, tooling, process controls and safety/ergonomic solutions.
- Develop work instructions and procedure to support operator training and process control.
- Support production qualifications as needed.

- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle technical guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience)
- 2 additional years of experience in metal manufacturing

Pay Transparency
The base pay range for this position is $81,700 - 90,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This posting is expected to close on January 18, 2025, or thereafter.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
