The FP&A closing and reporting Operations leader - Income Statement will be an integral part of the GE WIND HQ Strategic Finance (FP&A) team. - Responsible for Master and Forecasting files data accuracy & completeness, working file cleanup, format, and integrity. Ensure all dependent files have the same build. Follow-up with input owners. Drive continuous improvement & enhancements
- Lead closing cycles: support on actuals vs pacing reconciliation, ledger integrity, reporting package
- Lead planning cycles including developing estimates, operating plans / forecasts / reviews
- Lead tax credit process: responsible for the monthly calculation and reporting of the credits, entry booking, support and control of the overall process
- Lead key cross-functional projects for GEV, tracking progress against the project roadmap at a granular level and recommend actions to get to planned performance for the operating teams.
- Be accountable for the roadmap and execution of finance processes for the Wind segment and should have strong leadership, technical and change agent skills to directly partner with the finance and functional leaders in all the P&Ls as well as headquarters' stakeholders and participate to cross-functional business initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
- Minimum of 3 years of advanced experience in the Finance & FP&A Operations.

The base pay range for this position is 107,600.00 - 179,400.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. This posting is expected to close on 3/24/25.
