Job Description Summary
PRIMARY ROLE
This role reports directly to the senior facilities site leader and is responsible for the maintenance and maximization of the site's production support infrastructure assuring that all facilities related machinery, equipment, buildings, utilities, and grounds are in proper, safe, and reliable conditions in support of overall production fulfilment and site goals. This individual is responsible for the day-to-day direction of several department operations leaders, site facilities service support contractors, and hourly trades teams.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Includes the oversight and management of several facilities teams to include facilities maintenance, vehicle maintenance, office maintenance, utilities maintenance, distribution, and boiler operations, wastewater treatment maintenance and operations and hazardous waste.
- Direct work and project activities for all salaried maintenance operations leaders and union hourly facilities trades.
- Manage project schedules, completion dates, and CAPEX, OPEX, and maintenance budgets.
- Balance workload and project requirements with in-house labor versus contract labor and communicate to union via set farm-out requirements.
- Partner with EHS team and shop operations to identify processes or equipment that can be improved to eliminate safety hazards and improve overall production efficiencies.
- Support all site Lean and Kaizen events and initiatives to drive manufacturing improvements.
- Provide leadership, career development plans, and training for direct report operation leaders and hourly trades.
- Define, implement, and track preventative maintenance tasks and execute as required.
- Work closely with senior management to identify and implement capital projects impacting shop operations, site buildings and facilities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a facilities-related field such as electrical, mechanical, civil, or facilities management program; or
- Associate's degree in a related facilities field with at least five years of direct facilities management experience.

The base pay range for this position is $122,600.00 - 163,500.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
