The individual will go through various challenging, and business critical jobs with focus on individual's professional development, by building foundation through innovative contributions on Sensors and Control Systems R&D through Embedded Systems Engineering (Embedded Hardware and Software Design) for Products of Power Plant segment in the Country.

Intern will be a part of R&D - Control Systems Team which is pivotal in driving innovation and excellence in our product offerings in the fields of Power Plants.
In this role following will be responsibilities:
- Design & Build prototype of Electronic Boards meeting Hardware (Internal & Interface) & software requirements as per Steam Power product needs like controllers for ESP, Fabric Filter by actively involving in all phases of product development life cycle.
- Prepare requirement/concept specification, test plan, test reports and other documents.
- Perform lab and field testing for evaluation of new concepts.
- Participate to resolve EMI / EMC design issues, High-speed digital design layout issues, placement, and routing topology.
- Software programming using Embedded C/ C++
- Analysis of firmware and algorithm requirements
- Implement global standards and common processes to assure consistent quality is delivered.
- Concurrently work on multiple products and ensure program cost, quality and schedule requirements are met.
Internship Tenure: 6 Months
Required Qualifications: MTech in Electronics / Embedded Systems / Microelectronics / Micro-controllers Engineering
Desired Skills and Competencies
- Good understanding on microcontroller, DSP, FPGA/CPLD based hardware design, analogue & digital circuit.
- Good understanding on Schematic design, simulation & layout using Orcad / Altium.
- Hands on Lab experience in using testing & debugging tools like emulators, DSO, Logic Analyzer, function generator etc. for board bring-up.
- Understanding of Industrial Product Certification (UL, CE, CISPR standards)
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good teamwork, communicate effectively with team members on the progress and obstacles faced.
