Job Description Summary

SAS Commissioning Experts- Extending support For Testing and commissioning of SAS Systems supplied across India for various customers.
All activities that consider the technical needs of the customers with the goal of providing a quality Response / Resolutions that meets the users needs.
Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, evaluate, introduce, and manage engineering solutions for DS Agile SAS System.
• Resolves issues using established procedures by consults with Team experts like Engineering, FAT & PL.
• Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE for any Technical supports/Assistances.
• Sharing ROE's to Our Team for spreading of Knowledge on weekly basis inorder to have an improvement on DS Agile Tool.
• Extending support on Engineering design for DCS part pertains to Service orders (AMC, SAS Migration & Retrofit).
• Extending Technical support for Site Engineers working in Various sites on necessary basis towards site complaints & site closure activities.
• Providing Training to site engineers for DS Agile SAS System, Networking, etc.,
• Visiting Customer place for Training Customers, site compliant discussion, providing solution on issues faced by customer.
• Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
• Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.

• This role requires basic experience in the Engineering/Technology & Controls Engineering. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
