• Develop site programs to promote employee engagement and cultivate a strong EHS culture at the site.
• Ensure that the site is compliant to GE Vernova EHS policies, standards, and framework.
• Support and/or lead audits, accident investigations and EHS concern resolution.
• Influence the development of site strategy and policy formation related to EHS.
• Engage with manufacturing team members to develop new processes and improve existing processes to minimize EHS risk.
• Support the Management of Change (MOC) process for the facility as it pertains to equipment installation and infrastructure modifications, and sustainability initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 4 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment

OR

• High school diploma/GED with at least 8 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing/operations environment

The base pay range for this position is $108,500.00 - 135,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.
