Job Description Summary

The Early Career Training is a 1 year program up to 2 years and it is an investment in young talents where GE Vernova trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a GE Vernova business. The traineeship duration varies upon business requirement and will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures.

Job Description

What you'll do;

  • Support the Project Control, Scheduling and Planning Teams in execution of projects
  • Maintains and updates schedules via Primavera P6 for assigned projects in alignment with Global PC/Scheduling/Planning processes
  • Schedule analysis and report to Project Team the progress and actions to mitigate or anticipate delays
  • Works cross-functionally with project team members to resolve issues or implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that equipment schedules accurately reflect project scope and execution strategy.
  • Works cross-functionally with project team members to resolve issues or implement mitigation strategies.
  • Propose and suggest new ideas and concept to improve the schedule accuracy.
  • Review Customer /EPC Overall project schedule, identify critical paths and provide summarized report to PM team
  • On EO/EEP scope projects prepare L2 Overall project schedule and analyze impact of GE deliveries if any during execution.
  • Prepare progress S Curves and Summary schedule for monthly reporting as per Contract requirements
  • Support and participate Daily Management rhythm

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications);

  • Bachelor Digital & International Business Bachelor's degree in international Project Management Business from an accredited university or institution.
  • Proficient in Excel, Intermediate skills in Windows and other Office apps, Basic VBA/Tableau skills or familiarity with basic programming languages.
  • Passion for new Digital concept like AI
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English

  • Mechanical and/or related Engineering backgrounds are preferred.
  • Demonstrated accountability and ownership of tasks with quality and integrity.
  • Proven to be a team player, keen to learn and adapt to change.
