Impact you'll make:

The Data Science Technical Learning Specialist is integral to advancing the knowledge and skills of our technical teams in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics. This role involves collaborating closely with the Technical Learning Office, engineering teams, digital software divisions, and the Advanced Research Center to design and deliver comprehensive learning programs. The Specialist will ensure that training aligns with the development of AI tools at GE Vernova.

• Design and implement training programs that equip learners with essential AI concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and model evaluation.
• Develop curriculum content on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and the application of AI techniques in solving real-world problems using Python.
• Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that foster proficiency in machine learning frameworks and data analytics tools.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to integrate advanced topics like deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing into the curriculum.
• Customize training delivery to meet diverse learning needs, incorporating online and in-person modalities, and ensuring accessibility for global teams.
• Work with Technical Learning Leaders to establish metrics for assessing the effectiveness of AI training programs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Network with other GE Vernova businesses to leverage resources, share best practices, and promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of Data Analytics or Engineering experience.

• Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.
