Job Description Summary
This position will operate in lock-step with the Nuclear business to Lead Data and Analytics related initiatives across Nuclear and drive transformation leading to productivity and process efficiency. Manage executive communications and support to define future Data and analytics strategy. Partner with Power DL Architects and Finance DL product teams to prioritize and deliver results. Create a clear strategic direction for build needs. You will direct the team with a clear and descriptive set of requirements captured as stories and partner with the team to determine what can be delivered through balancing the need for new features, defects, and technical debt.

Essential Responsibilities:
Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders: Business Leaders, Power/GE Vernova Data and Analytics teams, Technical Anchors, Service Owners and Developers.
In this role, you will:
- Partner with Power Data and Analytics team to leverage reports and dashboards that exist to fill gaps for Nuclear business
- Partner with business teams to capture priorities and requirements, and keep a disruptive mindset to drive the transformation by challenging the status quo
- Leverage the functional expertise to identify potential opportunity to drive transformation
- Lead development of the short & long-term roadmap
- Translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests and ideas into actionable user stories with quantifiable benefits
- Drive vision and influencing skills to leverage the reporting capabilities for addressing process improvement, productivity and alignment with business needs
- Understand the existing ERP and system landscape by business and drive reporting enablement aligned with business related objectives and programs
- Manage the communication with business executives and senior leaders to update status, potential roadblocks and next steps
- Partner with different functional pillars e.g. Supply chain, FP&A, Controllership, Treasury / Cash and drive synergies across various sub businesses within Nuclear and Power from outcome perspective
- Engage frequently (80%) with the development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions
- Own and manage the backlog; continuously order and prioritize to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready
- Be regarded as an expert in Agile Methodology; translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work units through problem decomposition and planning
- Demonstrate superior product and industry knowledge and helps organization gain the competitive edge
- Mentor junior team members; provide technical leadership
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in data & analytics
- Proven leadership experience
- Proficient English skills
