As a Cybersecurity Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of cybersecurity engineers and managing cybersecurity project(s) for clients, ensuring the successful implementation of security solutions, and providing excellent customer service throughout the engagement, collaborates with clients, internal cybersecurity teams, and other stakeholders to deliver effective OT security solutions.
You will report directly to Secondary Engineering Leader of Central Europe, while also maintaining a technical reporting line to the OT Engineering Cybersecurity Leader. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing, mentoring, and guiding a highly motivated and dynamic team working on renewable energy projects worldwide. These projects present complex technical challenges, requiring expertise in various engineering disciplines, collaboration, and an innovative mindset.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity engineers, ensuring effective execution of cybersecurity initiatives and projects.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Work closely with clients to understand cybersecurity contractual requirements and ensure their implementation across projects.
- Ensure that agreed contractual requirements from ITO are effectively transitioned into OTR project execution and clearly communicated to project teams.
- Oversee project planning, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity project delivery, providing regular updates and progress reports to clients and key stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration between internal cybersecurity teams and external vendors to ensure project success.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Stay informed about emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices, making recommendations for security enhancements.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to teams regarding OT security standards, policies, and procedures.
- Engage with third-party vendors and suppliers to evaluate and enhance the cybersecurity posture of OT systems.
- Report and collaborate with the global engineering cybersecurity leader on project progress, challenges, and improvements.
- Lead the execution of cybersecurity projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal cybersecurity teams and external vendors to achieve project goals.

Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in cybersecurity project management, preferably in an Operational Technology (OT) environment
- Minimum 5 years' experience within the Electrical Industry or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, and OT technologies.
- Knowledge of OT-specific protocols and standards such as Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, and OPC.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing security controls for OT systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
- Familiarity with network segmentation techniques and security architectures for OT systems.
- Experience with Industrial communication network and system security IEC 62443 standards.
- Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIS2, and CRA regulations.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
