You will be responsible for entering quotes, processing and verifying standard and special sales orders, and resolving all related problems of different sales regions.
Job Description
What you'll do
- Screen and prioritize incoming requests, received via Salesforce or via email.
- Enter Quotes/Orders into SAP based ERP System.
- Purchase Order Verify (POV) existing orders.
- Send out initial customer quote and order acknowledgements.
- Keep key contact between QFS, Sales, Order Manager
- Support global team entry activities and metrics.
- Support both external and internal customers
- Support new system releases and enhancement testing (i.e. SAP PMx ERP).

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related.
- Relevant experience in customer service is an advantage, experience in a multinational company is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Confident communication level of spoken and written English.
