What impact you'll make?
You will be responsible for entering quotes, processing and verifying standard and special sales orders, and resolving all related problems of different sales regions: Asia and India, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

What you'll do

• Screen and prioritize incoming requests, received via fax/email or via the system traffic
• Enter Quotes/Orders into SAP based ERP System.
• Purchase Order Verify (POV) existing orders.
• Send out initial customer quote and order acknowledgements.
• Support global team entry activities and metrics.
• Support both external and internal customers
• Support new system releases and enhancement testing (i.e. SAP PMx ERP).

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college
• Significant experience in customer service is an advantage, experience in a multinational company is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office softwares.
• Confident communication level of spoken and written English.
• Team player attitude.
• Self-starter, capable of working with minimum supervision.
• Tolerate monotonous work on a daily base.

• A second language (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Arabian, Chinese, Japanese) is a plus.
• Capabilities to effectively communicate both horizontally and vertically with customers and within GE organizations.
• Solid communication skills, self-motivated, ability to establish and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong, passionate supporter of customer service excellence.

• This is a hybrid role with three days remote and two days in the office.
