Job Description Summary
The Control Solutions & Services SIOP (Sales Inventory & Operations Planning) Leader will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the end-to-end operations planning process across Services, Manufacturing, and Engineering. This position will lead cross-functional efforts to align build plans, capacity management, and resource allocation to ensure seamless execution of business objectives, with a strong focus on integrating and enhancing cross-functional collaboration.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
- Lead S&OP strategy and process definition for the Control Solutions & Services business line that encompasses ITO, OTR, and Services functions alongside Manufacturing and Engineering.
- Create and maintain robust standard work that coordinates with Engineering, Supply Chain, Services and Commercial SIOP managers.
- Serve as a strategic advisor, ensuring the alignment of operational capabilities with commercial and engineering strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong connections between sales, commercial operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive informed decision-making.
- Partner with Services teams to integrate after-market considerations into operational planning and capacity modeling.
- Understand factory and engineering constraints to establish realistic build plans and unit profiles. Need to be hands-on to co-establish those build plans and Unit profiles.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing system tools and decision-making frameworks to adapt to organizational changes.
- Collaborate with FP&A teams to develop comprehensive financial plans, including revenue and CM forecasts.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights and updates to senior leadership monthly, focusing on performance against key business objectives.
- Once strategy is in place and first results are coming, ensure we define day to day standard work leading to the right maturity level.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 5 years in supply chain operations (manufacturing, sourcing, purchasing) and/or commercial operations or related field.
Desired Characteristics
- Extensive experience with materials management disciplines including S&OP, capacity modeling and ERP experience.
- Strong leadership capabilities to foster collaboration across diverse functions
- Experience with end-to-end operational processes, including ITO, OTR, and Services.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and deliver measurable improvements through cross-functional alignment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Change agent with energy, passion and enthusiasm to drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication abilities with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
Pay Transparency
The base pay range for this position is $144,000.00 - $240,00.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 15 % variable incentive compensation.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
