Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical answers for the customer care representative team, engineering, and sales.
- Provide excellent customer service for customers, both internal and external.
- Support maintenance of part data in SAP.
- Support movement of goods for repaired products.
- Build close relationships with customers and internal teams to gain their trust. Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop product knowledge and a strong understanding of the processes and procedures to maintain and improve the quality of service.
- Provide support for the flow parts team taking on any additional assigned duties.
- Maintaining auditable data records for internal and external audits.
- Support business development initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Associate degree/Two-year certification in a technical field, or equivalent required.
- Only candidates with 5+ years of proven customer service experience, specifically in the power generation industry, will be considered.
- Experience with managing multiple customers and cases for research.
- Competent with Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional global team environment.
- Ability to manage self and tasks in an appropriate manner.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Desired Characteristics
- Knowledge of Woodward/GE/Baker Hughes turbine and generator control products & repair services. Preferred experience on legacy GE products such as MarkVI, Mark V, etc.
- Familiar with SAP and SFDC case management preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
- Basic knowledge of financial concepts and terminology.
- A calm and analytical approach to problem solving and process improvements.
- Ability to interact in an effective manner with all levels within the organization.
The base pay range for this position is $79K - $110K USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on March 31, 2025, or thereafter.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
