Full job Description:
- Wind fiberglass around metal bushings using a winding machine.
- Cut and apply infusion tubes to netting in specified patterns.
- Inspect received balsa sheets and repair any imperfections which are out of tolerance.
- Prepare fiberglass pieces by cutting from a roll to pattern or length, rolling it, and marking it with the appropriate layer code

- Ensure all materials used is according to the work instructions and approved from the quality department
- Notify supervisor immediately of any near miss or injury, no matter how slight.
- Seek guidance from fellow coworkers or supervisor regarding various issues.
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working alone or with a team.
- Attend crew/department meetings as required.
- Attend plant meetings as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time.
- Requires usage of respirator.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools.
- Ability to operate power tools.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery.
- Ability to lift of carry objects or materials up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to push/pull heavy objects
Desired Characteristics:
- High School Diploma/GED or related job experience.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Previous composite materials experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.01 - $25.36 per hour
Position Shift: Mon-Fri 5am-1:30pm
