We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wireless and Wired Network Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our wireless and wired network infrastructure product lines, including 5G, Fiberoptic, and LTE technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of network systems, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Post Sales support of customer issues. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request. Focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for wireless and wired network issues, ensuring high availability and performance of 5G, Fiberoptic, and LTE networking technology.
- Aid with issues pertaining to monitoring and maintenance of network systems that ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize network solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Assist in the deployment and integration of new network technologies and upgrades.
- Conduct network performance analysis and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency.
- Respond promptly to customer network outages and service disruptions, providing timely resolutions and updates to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
- Educate customers on wireless diagnostics and networking technologies to implement best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in network engineering and technical support, with a focus on 5G, Fiberoptic, Wireless, Ethernet, IP, and LTE technologies.
Desired Characteristics:
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, JNCIP).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Experience with network security best practices and protocols.

The base pay range for this position is 72,400.00 - 100,000.00 USD Annual.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This posting is expected to close on 3/10/25.
