Job Description Summary
The Services Blades Project Manager will be responsible to partner with the NAM Blades Operations leader and manage a portfolio of Blade Repair projects that will be done primarily on the ground, and make sure that they are executed as per GE Vernova Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost standards. This person will be responsible to update all key performance indicators and interface with internal customers. Main objective is to run a lean and productive re-manufacture program at our Garden City Laydown yard, as well as partner with our Major Component team for updates regarding blade readiness.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Keep track of all blades repairs backlog to be done under your scope
- Interface with Services Engineering to make sure all dispositions are clear
- Communicate with internal GE stakeholders
- Balance team workload and set correct priorities
- Interface and manage contractors
- Control budget
- Facilitate technical decisions to eliminate risks and or improve RTS time
- Use and apply lean tools and standard work
- Drive daily management of Blades in all regions with focus in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Project manager
Desired Characteristics
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Blades Field works & Product
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Lean tools knowledge
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Expertise with Digital Tools
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to document, plan, and execute programs
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
The base pay range for this position is 78,800.00 - 131,200.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. This posting is expected to close on 4/28/25.
