Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all Blade repair processes are running Safely, smoothly, and promptly.

Essential Responsibilities
• Perform/check composite blade repairs according to the specified instructions.
• Prepare applicable service documentation and service reports including details of repairs.
• Comply with EHS requirements for all GE and local / regulatory obligation during execution time
• Ensure customer site rules, company regulations, policies and procedures are being always followed.

• Blade inspections Periodically as per GEV guidelines
• Continuous Engineering communication for blade issues
• Follow-up all blade or composite parts of Wind turbine generator internally and externally
• Follow-up repairs
• Follow up ongoing all RCAs
• Organize blade repairs and teams by following correct procedure.
• Excellent report preparation
• Strong leadership talent, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good personal presentation
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Good commercial and business understanding
• Working knowledge of various types of telecommunication equipment
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Keep track of quality, costs, and efficiency
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
Qualifications / Requirements
• Proven working experience as a blade Service leader
• Significantexperience at Composite manufacturing & knowledge composite parts and molding systems
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Manage internal team and subcontractors related blade issues.
• Having strong communication skills to manage the internal and external stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in leading blade operations and hands on experience for blades repairs.
• GE digital tools experience Lifespan/ Service now/ oracle/ Smartsheet knowledge
• GWO BST, ART module valid dated certification is required,
• Confined Space training certificate required.
• Team Leader experience
• This position requires extensive travel. Should be able to travel for extended periods of time
• Able to work in confined spaces.
• Able to work in and out of country.
• Basic commercial knowledge.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiar with MS-Office, Oracle applications, E-Service.
• Structured method of working and analytical abilities.
• Willing to abandon bureaucracy and continuously seeking for new ways and improvements.
• High degree of flexibility and able to work under time constraints.
• Fluent knowledge in English (oral and written),
