Roles and Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy for BESS solutions, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product development and positioning that leverage the capability of our business to ensure product competitiveness.
- Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to define product requirements, specifications, and timelines. Ensure products meet quality, performance, and cost targets.
- Technical Roadmap: Create a technical roadmap that defines future generations of product development, considering competitors, market trends, and new technologies to maintain product competitiveness.
- Go-to-Market: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. --Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance in the market, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product success.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
- Employs sophisticated operational/product management, manufacturing or engineering techniques. Interaction with adjacent functions needed to solve issues. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field, from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, preferably in the battery energy storage or renewable energy sector.

The salary range for this position is 152,400.00 - 203,200.00 - 254,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus 152,400.00 - 203,200.00 - 254,000.00 USD Annual.
