The Auxiliary Automation Lead Engineer is responsible for HVA/C, Mid- / Low-voltage power supply and Building services automation matters of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects for HVDC converter stations. This position will work closely with customer requirements, suppliers and related engineering teams.

Job Description
Key Mission
The Auxiliary Automation Lead Engineer will have the following key responsibilities:
- Define all documents and equipment necessary to meet customer needs, including cabinets, devices, sensors, cables and software.
- Establish Concept and Basic Design in compliance with contractual specifications, using CAD tools in line with company processes.
- Prepare Detailed Design Basis such as P&ID, C&E, IO database, sequence/flow charts and control narratives for suppliers.
- Supplier Detailed Design review, verification and validation, Customer review support, technical meeting coordination.
- Testing strategy development, planning, supporting and control for all test procedures, such as FAT, iFAT, SAT, iSAT.
- Technical support for procurement, manufacturing, commissioning and handover activities.
Desired Profile
The ideal candidate for the Auxiliary Automation Lead Engineer position should possess the following qualifications and competencies:
- Graduate with Electrical / Electro-technical / Automation background
- SCADA, HMI, Industrial network principles
- Industrial and Energy specific data transmission: Profinet, BACNet, Modbus, IEC61850, IEC104, OPC UA
- EPC turnkey project operation with supplier coordination
- Building services, HVA/C principles and hardware expertise
- Expertise in Mid- / Low-voltage installation, Digital and Conventional Control Systems
- Relevant IT knowledge and experience with secondary design realizations tools
- Common automation disciplines such as redundancy, time sync, cybersecurity, virtualization
Experience
- Proven multiple year experience in Mid- / Low-voltage power supply, working with electrical installations, control and protection systems, turnkey projects development, and interfaces.
- A number of already completed and running automated control systems in industry, building services, energy automation.
- Team leadership or small business operation background will be a preference.
