The Aero Alliance Senior Engineer Leader will have the responsibility to lead scope definition and implementation in the AA shop network.
This is the technical chief reference inside Aero Alliance driving consistency in the network , owning standard practices and working with external stakeholder for scope definition and execution.

Job Description Roles & Responsibilities:
- Insource engineering competences able to assess engine needs and related applicability of standard/ CBM SoW, driving the build-up of the Engineering Team
- Lead the Aero Alliance Engineering team, a multi-disciplinary engineering team (at shop level operations and at Shop practice Manual writing) and Operations engineers
- Implement the CBM initiative across Aero Alliance Level 4 SN
- Define the reduced applicable SoW through structured Shop Practice manuals and reducing application of full IRM
- Activate operations process at shop level based on Shop Practice manuals selected based on SoW requirements
- Verify the concrete adherence to designed CBM process and involvement of process control trough ad hoc KPIs
- Drive the optimization of maintenance process of L4 through application of standard SoW (major overhaul) when required
- Drive the optimization of supply chain limiting dependency to external supplier on all components and reducing requirements
- Act as chief Engineer for any technical critical decision to be made in terms of SOW applicability for Aero Alliance
- Be the technical reference for the discussion with Channels

- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or related field
- 10 Year Minimum Experience working with Turbo Machinery, Aviation or similar Engine, Module, and Component preferred
- 7 Years Minimum Direct Technical Experience working with Turbo Machinery Industrial Gas Turbines, or Aviation engines
- 5 Years Minimum with direct reports
- Direct Experience working in a Shop Environment supporting Operations
- Proficient technical writer
