Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in engineering or related technical major (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering)
- At least 4 years of demonstrated experience in project/program management & execution
- At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing/quality engineering operations
Desired Characteristics
- Prior experience with Airfoils, Forgings, or Assembly practices
- Prior experience with capital investment planning & management
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
The base pay range for this position is $90.4K-$115K. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 10/11/2024, or thereafter.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
