The intern is expected to accomplish the internship projects during the 18weeks, though the process, you will learn and understand the power industry and HR practices of GE.

Job Description

Internship Project topic:
1. Onboarding experience project
2. Campus events standard work

Besides the internship project:

1. Support TA and HR to maintain the relationship and improve employer branding
2. Support HRM running the internship program
3. Support to the activities relate to employee engagement
4. Support HR daily operations, e.g. Checking Regulation, arranging HR related paper document and box folder clean up.
5. Data Analysis in Recruitment activities .
